Students at all NOLA Public Schools (this includes all Morris Jeff students) can be enrolled in ThriveKids care coordination program, a free and voluntary service that brings families, schools, and health care providers together to address gaps in care. Services and resources available with ThriveKids include connection to virtual counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and primary or specialty medical care. ThriveKids care coordinators work to mitigate barriers so students can access the services they need.
