Family Survey for Morris Jeff Parents/Guardians

We at Morris Jeff recognize that families are the most important people in our students’ lives, and we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to shape their school experience. I want to personally invite you to participate in our 15-minute survey that will help our school improve our communication, academic programming, and overall experience for you and your student(s).

To us, your feedback is invaluable. The family survey is designed to help us understand your experiences with our school and gain insight into how we can engage with you more effectively. Together we can create the best learning environment possible for your student. We are working with TNTP to conduct the survey.

• Responses will be anonymous and only used to inform future family engagement strategies.
• Families should only complete one survey per student.
• If you have students at more than one campus, please complete the survey for each campus at which you have a student.
• If you have multiple students at one campus, answer the questions with your eldest student in mind.
