It’s time for our 6th annual Black History Month Poetry Slam. Middle school students create original words and art to present at the event. This year’s theme is Memories: A Cultural History. The event will be held on Wednesday, February 28 from 6-8 pm in the high school cafeteria (3811 N. Galvez), and we encourage everyone to enjoy a meal together and listen to our students’ voices at this special event.
