At the end of each quarter of instruction, teachers calculating scores for report cards. In 2018-19, we invite all parents/guardians to visit the school to pick up a paper copy of your child’s report card. We have streamlined report cards to be more effective in communicating your child’s progress to you. Please take advantage of this opportunity to visit with your child’s teachers, enjoy the evening’s showcase of performance, artwork, or IB student projects.
Teachers at the Lopez campus will contact parents to request a conference if desired. Parents are welcome to request a conference with a teacher during this event from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Report Card Nights. As teacher schedules allow (especially in middle and high school), informal visits can be initiated as teachers will be present in their classrooms.
- PreK – 5th grade report cards can be picked up at the child’s classroom.
- Middle school report cards can be picked up in the hall on the third floor.
- At the high school, report cards can be picked up from Ms. Evans on the second floor. Parents/guardians can request a conference to be scheduled with any of their child’s teachers.
All report cards not picked up will be available in the school office on each campus in the following weeks. If you are unable to pickup your child’s report card, please contact your child’s teacher (PYP) or advisor (MS or HS) to arrange special delivery.
