Morris Jeff’s Board of Directors consists of community leaders, along with at least one Morris Jeff family representative. The board opens nominations for members on an as-needed basis. All candidates (including one Morris Jeff family representative) are nominated by a Board member, a community member, a school staff member, or the Head of School. The candidate sends their resume and expression of interest in serving on the Board, followed by a personal meeting with the Board Chair (or designee), the Head of School, and other available Board members. If the Board members determine that the candidate is a good match and has the skills needed at the time, the Board takes a public vote to accept the candidate at a subsequent meeting.
