Dante Alighieri was born on September 14, about 750 years ago. He is most famous for his Divine Comedy, of which most casual readers remember the 9 Circles of Hell. But if you have the patience to read through the entire book you’ll discover that, in the end, it is all about love without expectations. Or, as one of our more modern poets once wrote, “If you love someone, set them free.” This week’s Pelican Press has a lot of interesting and important information on many things we have to do. But do yourself a favor and take a few minutes to step away from all that and from everything else, and be a source of love.
