GiveNOLA DAY is right around the corner. Make a difference by joining us for 24 hours of giving to benefit our regional nonprofits. Now in its 10th year, GiveNOLA Day is a 24-hour event hosted by the Greater New Orleans Foundation.
Together, let’s inspire people to give generously so we can make our region stronger. Morris Jeff has a goal of $22,000 for GND 2023. Can you help us get there? You can give EARLY here now!
Morris Jeff has been invited by Beanlandia to participate in the inaugural “Fete in the Park”– a great lineup of local music along with delicious food and drinks. We would love for you to join us for this collaborative GiveNOLA Day community concert in Markey Park (3301 Royal St) on Tuesday, May 2nd from 4 to 8 PM to celebrate all that we love about New Orleans. At 6:30 PM, our own Middle School Band will perform their spring concert at Beanlandia (across the street from Markey Park). It’s sure to be an evening of great music and community!
We are thrilled that we have this opportunity to partner with 3 other local organizations that are making a difference in the lives of New Orleanians each day. We are confident this event will make GiveNOLA Day extra special this year. Please take time to read about our partners and how you can get involved with their work as well. Bonus: if you donate to all four organizations on GiveNOLA Day, you’ll be entered to win a porch/house concert by Bon Bon Vivant!
The 18th Ward Sports Club is doing an amazing job creating sports leagues that are low-barrier, high-quality, and making coaching jobs available for teens.
Feed The Second Line is working to build a stronger safety net and job opportunities for New Orleans Culture.
Beanlandia is a living museum of culture, community space, kid-friendly music spot, job-creator, non-profit HQ, and home of the Krewe of Red Beans.
