Lower School Band

The Lower School Band at Morris Jeff serves students in grades 5–7, providing them with the opportunity to grow as musicians in a supportive yet challenging environment. Students learn the fundamentals of tone, rhythm, and technique while developing ensemble skills, including balance, intonation, and expression. Our program features concerts for the school community and participation in the LMEA District 6 Large Ensemble Assessment and Honor Band, providing students with valuable performance experience. The band fosters confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.
