Everyone is invited to our Community Wellness Night from 5:30-6:30 on Tuesday, 4/17 in the LIBRARY. We will learn summer healthy eating tips from Fresh Food, our food service provider. Free samples and recipes! And, certified yoga instructor Kristen Weddle will lead a 30-minute FREE yoga session. No mat or special clothes needed Participants of all ages are welcome!
