Morris Jeff partners with A&S Transportation to provide safe and efficient bus transportation at all campuses.

NEW! Download the “Bus Zone” app on your phone to track the bus in real time. The access code for Morris Jeff is: 4142MJCS. You will need your student’s ID number.

Please complete the following forms as needed for your child. We strive to accommodate all requests as promptly as possible.

  • Bus transportation is requested in the registration process for the new school year.
  • If a student needs a long-term change to stop, a Bus Change Request must be completed by the parent/guardian. Please expect a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks.

Campus Carpool & Walk-up Information at Lower School

MORNING ARRIVAL for Lower School (8:15-8:30 AM)

PreK-7th Carpool on S. Lopez: Cars turn onto S. Lopez from Banks ONLY. Cars will NOT be permitted to turn left on S. Lopez from Palmyra. Students should be ready to exit the vehicle from the driver's side in the carpool lane. Staff will open the driver's side back door to greet students and ensure they exit the car safely.  o NOT let students out of the car in the street.

PreK-1st Walkup at PreK door (S. Lopez/Cleveland): Neighborhood families may walk students to the PreK door.  Families may also park and walk students to the door.  Do NOT let students out of the car in the street.

2nd-7th Walk-up at Rendon/Cleveland Corner door: Neighborhood families may walk students to the stairs. Families may also park and walk students to the stairs.  

o NOT let students out of the car in the street.  There is NO supervision for students before 8:15 at this location.  o NOT leave students unsupervised. Please sign up for Morning Care if needed. 


AFTERNOON DISMISSAL (3:30-3:45 pm):

Please note: Permits are required to pick up children in carpool walk-ups. This is strictly enforced. Beginning August 12, anyone picking up a student in the carpool lane or vwalkupsups MUST have a carpowalkup-up tag. If you do not have a permit, our staff will direct you to the office for further assistance. The front office can issue additional permits upon presentation of a valid ID and verification from a parent or guardian. Permits are not required to drop off students in the morning. Carpool/Walkups are sent home with families on Orientation/Mee the Teacher day. Families who did not attend should check their students' backpacks for carpool/walkwalkups on the first day of school.


PreK-5th Carpool on S. Lopez: Cars turn onto S. Lopez from Banks. Only cars will not be permitted to turn left onto S. Lopez from Palmyra. MJCS vehicle tags with student names should be clearly visible on the front dashboard.* Staff will check the tag on S. Lopez to ensure an authorized person picks up students. Staff will open the driver's side back door to ensure that students safely enter the car. Parents will NOT be permitted to walk up to the carpool to pick up students.


6th-7th Carpool on Rendon/Cleveland: 6th- and 7th-grade students will enter their cars on Cleveland St. at Rendon.  Anyone picking up a 6th- or 7th-grader will be required to have a blue dismissal tag with the student's name on it. Only cars with BLUE tags will be permitted to turn onto Cleveland from the PreK-5th Carpool line. If you are picking up a student who uses a wheelchair, please use the carpool line and pull into the parking lot to meet your child and their assistant.


PreK-1st Walkup Door (S. Lopez/Cleveland): Parents or guardians should hold up the walkup. Students will be called to exit at the door. 


2nd-5th Walkup/Cleveland: Red Door. Parents/guardians should hold up the walk-up signs. Students will be called to exit at the door. 4th- and 5th-grade students who have obtained written permission to walk home alone will be dismissed at the beginning of the walkup walkup

6th-7th Walkup Walkupon/Cleveland Gray DoorParents or guardians should hold up the walk-up signs. Students will be called to exit at the door. 6th- and 7th-grade students who have obtained written permission to walk home alone will be dismissed at 3:31.

Permission to Walk Home - Lopez campus students who walk home without an adult guardian need a signed permission form on file in the office. Only students who are nine or older (4th-7th grade) are eligible to walk home alone. Younger students will not be dismissed with older siblings walking home alone. Permission is granted or denied in online school registration each year. Additionally, forms can be obtained in the office or from our website and must be completed and approved by the Principal each school year.
